Hey @Johanna Abanes - I would start by getting in touch with local rehab clinics/hostels and let them know what you're thinking, they will be able to better guide you than anyone on this platform (most likely) 

Didn't want it to be a health hazard.Owner had the house checked out prior because they had the same concern actually.

Power.Having said that, we should all be aware of the ever-changing weather/climate and how it might affect our investing and more importantly, our lives and health.

Think of it like trying to save money on a doctor and potentially jeopardizing your health just to save a few bucks.

Does anyone have any connections in the Cleveland Ohio (specifically around the Cleveland Clinic) area with regards to realtors, contractors and management companies? 

That saves the homes that are already in existence and provides residents with the ability to remain independent in their own homes, free from the stress and resultant health and mental problems that accompany the constant threat of eviction.  

We operate a small retail business out of commercial space in the building with the 4 residential units, which pays me a W2 salary and my wife has a part time W2 job at a vet clinic. 

I know it depends on the policy, but the house is completely destroyed and cannot be sold, ive lost lots of money already and this is affecting my mental health.

And the health dept (i.e septic permits) is down about the same if not a little more.
