@Matt Helpingstine  I use a repair company called Expert Pools and a pool service for chemicals and cleaning called Americana pools. 

I am not going to try to restore the hardwood floors so I dont care if they get ruined if I apply a odor removing chemical. 

I am a chemical engineer in the water treatment community and am currently serving in the Army as an officer.  

Consumer protection laws, time consuming and expensive court procedures, and so on have forced some hard money lenders to become even harsher when applying for a loan.

My reasons being:Might take time to get it right, i.e might not be that much more affective than doing it myselfHarsh chemicals throughout the yard.cost/timeIs her request for immediate exterminator reasonable?

It's located near 2 chemical plants in an area with a high rental demand for out of state workers.

Hey @Robert Walter, I grew up in Bay City and was a supervisor for Chemical Bank's REO Dept in Midland.

There's a lot to break with pools and you really need to pay for a monthly pool service for both cleaning and chemicals to keep the tenant from destroying your pool.
