There is a building close by 480 sqft studios for $1150 but it is a little nicer and there are amenities (pool gym).

I wake up at 6, get to the sites, go to meetings, come home at 5 go to the gym, come back at 630, shower, eat, and by the time I sit down to do emails, marketing, instagram, mailers, BP, it's 2 am and it's time to sleep for a little bit.

Took a quick drive to Meyerland - the gym I use was destroyed (24 hour fitness) but people in the area are stripping their floors out and a number I have spoken to are hurt...but still in good spirits.

The location is great, and it is tucked away nearby a main strip, so easy access to gyms, restaurants, movies etc..  

However, since apartment complexes offer community amenities which I can't offer, such as gyms, etc, I dropped rent by $50 to $1550, to be less than the apartment complexes, and added a washer/dryer, and added "Pets on case by case basis".  

But I'm sure you can cut expenses (cut cable and go to streaming service, cancel gym and invest in a set of free weights/go on more hikes, minimize dining out, stop buying expensive coffees, etc).

It seems more akin to revoking their access to the shared pool, gym, or laundry facilities in an apartment complex.

Just like the gym 25 years ago I was clue in the gym.
