And honestly if they aren’t gonna bother to enforce it, then they should at least change the rules so everyone is on the same playing field, but I don’t even think it’s a grey area that it violates two very clear real estate laws.

Its generally OK - but it is a weird grey area with DSCR Loans with a lot of lenders - a lot don't have new builds contemplated in the guidelines (i.e. with regards to seasoning, etc.) so it can be vague/unclear.

We mostly use 2 colors of paint, a beige and a grey that also looks blue when the light hits it right so tenants feel like they get two different room colors and tend to really like that.
