Here's a post I made on "non-conforming" vs "illegal/unpermitted", understand they are NOT the same thing.

I've seen syndicators, (probably trying to raise money from people in the forums) post "investing advice" and I love to challenge them. 

Meetup and eventbrite seem to be the other platforms that people post them in.

Also started posting in some facebook groups and making some traction.

@tom shallcross summarized this well in another post and just inflate your numbers up for a $665k purchase price and $2300/mo per unit for rent.Borrow 80% which is like $3700/mo for Principal, Interest, Taxes, and Insurance.

Lastly this is my first post here so apologies in advance if I posted this wrong or in the wrong place  House hacking is perhaps the best strategy to get started in real estate.
