they don't receive the bids because I think their realtors are not doing good job, they dont wanna do any repair and with section 1 everywhere, they dont wanna do any staging ; also when I checked section 1, it's actually not a termite issue, it's only fungi on the deck that can be easily repaired.

Here's the real issue:  "Wood rot from fungi is dangerous because of how quickly it can consume the bones of a building once it has come into contact with them, destroying the strength of lumber and in turn causing cracks, leaks, and overall structural damage."

If it's in a multi, you have to speak with the condo association and they must inspect every unit, and come up with a comprehensive eradication plan.To get rid of them, you have to get rid of clutter (which I'm sure isn't an issue in an air bnb unit).
