Our agents internally have an incentive to sell large construction projects so it’s worth their time.Most agents and brokerages are not that interested in finding a 50-100K sale with a ton of foot work, unless they have a system set up to make profit off of every step.

If you have the money to get it kicked off, a good PM company will do most of the footwork for you, including wholesaling (finding good deals in the area), hiring contractors to do rehab (at a good rate since they do lots of business), marketing, filling, and managing your property.
