We have our Guide Book on the counter in the kitchen.People like to have something to look through, plus other guests leave flyers from places where they ate etc. with notes like, "Great food" etc. written on them. 

You are twice as likely to die in a bike accident, 4x as likely to choke on food, and about 90x more likely to die in a car accident.

Two weeks later I stopped by the unit (was passing by and decided to take a look) and found that someone was using the shower and leaving food and clothes in the house with visible intent to return.

A nice new car or truck would be great and it is only....dollars....

You could lease part for food service or coffee shop and some retail space, a small health club, massage.

Once this is two 1.5acre tracks I don't really want to put a house on one/both and then find a drilling truck showing up to install a pump in the backyard.

I'm curious if these new tech can somehow help me streamline certain tasks or reduce dependency on scarce trades in your experience.Appreciate any additional thoughts I looked at 3d printing those machines are 800k plus.. and if you watch the video you need very large lots as you have to bring in truck loads of sand etc.. so thats not really going to work in an urban environment like Charleston SC were I have built 35 plus homes in the downtown core on lots that are from 12' wide to max of about 30' and roadways that are only 20' wide and have houses and cars on every lot expect the infill..
