Food for thought!

Do you think Whole Foods, Walmart, or Target decides on a location because someone in management thinks this is a good location?

Food for thought! 

While that is probably true, it would also wash out the grocery store where his food comes from and the neighborhood would look like 

From, "someone ate my food" to "someone takes long showers and uses up all the hot water" and even arguements over parking spots.Who wants to handle all that extra nonsense for "free"?

Food in fridge is from April this year and it basically looks like someone was half way through moving out and then something happened and so a bunch of stuff is still in house. specifically one room filled with about 10 burner phones, 3 tvs, personal clothes, mail, kids personal items and bunch of random stuff new with tags, etc etc. he also had pets which was against lease term. one of the rooms was used as a pet room completely destroying carpet and staining walls with urine etc. 

Steve - We would be interested in taking a closer look at this. 

There is no such thing as FREE college, FREE food, FREE housing, FREE health care.

If you're new to new build construction (or construction in general), I would get a local Architect onboard to be your eyes and ears in taking on the project and helping to assemble your team.
