Hi curious what objections other agents have run into making cold calls during the corona virus?

Over in Taylor someone is triple dipping (laundry, self storage, and self carwash) on the same property.Also I fully believe in order to grow you have to use leverage, I finished a cash out refi on a duplex before the virus struck hard.

Does this apply to only those directly effected by the virus? 

The virus will wreck every part of the economy. 

@Lee Cruz If I could find properties as you described in my market, I would not let this virus scare slow me down.If you have the cash flow you indicate the rents are not super low.

I would like to offer some advice on how to protect yourself, your family, and others from the COVID-19 virus.1.

Just point blame to the COVID virus and cancel everything. 

Here's the official COVID-19 website for California that the state just launched: https://covid19.ca.gov/.It has current information on how to stay healthy and avoiding catching/spreading the virus, links to school districts (so parents can find out which schools are closed) & public health authorities, as well as helpful resources that people will likely need during this time of crisis, such as how/where to file for unemployment, disability, family leave, or get help for small businesses. 

I know there are temporary measures due to the virus, but this is pre-virus regulation changes, if any.I'm considering holding a 1st position note.
