A lot of people don't drink for a variety of reasons & may be rather put off by your assuming it's something they might like.

It would be good for you to meet a wide variety of people with disabilities and spend time with them.

Flowers, car services, catering, legal help, etc.

They offer a wide variety of DSCR loans and are very responsive.

Those exposed walls were not built to be exposed so I would suggest talking to a variety of experts to hear them out on the options.

@Mindy Jensen have they considered a different angle for the podcasts to add some variety? 

I would connect with a broker who can help you compare terms across a wide variety of lenders and explain the differences in underwriting, rates, fees, etc.
