Our firm is planning on starting a Portal (legal term) next year on our roadmap because with $5M as the new threshold this really can move the needle for certain projects and sponsors.  

During my time away, I’ve explored different brokerages to hang my license, and I’m proud to share that I’ve now opened my own firm here in the Bay Area!

To get exposure as a real estate agent see if any experienced agents in your firm would allow you to assist with open houses or handle buyer referrals for them.

What kind of auction or auction firm can I use?

I’ve read the Bigger Pockets book on long-distance real estate and am eager to get the ball rolling. 

I currently broker LIHTC multi-family for a large firm coast to coast and am also interested in MF in the Arizona submarkets as well, and will eventually invest on that scale - I just figure breaking into the state through SFH flips may be a more risk adverse way to understand the pros and cons to phoenix submarkets.

My firm does HELOC's on investment properties pending the home is a SFH, Condo, or Townhomes.

I am fully bilingual and eager to make this happen. 

I understand this is a good way to become financially secure over time and am eager to start.
