I’m not familiar with Nevada regulations for loans but states like AZ distinguish between brokering and lending your own funds.   

If they did not provide a forwarding address we send it to the unit address, hoping they filed a change of address form.

I also ask if they've ever been evicted, refused to pay rent, or filed for bankruptcy.Further, I ask account numbers for their checking and savings accounts, and the approximate balances in each.

The legal fees and filing fees for the Reg D package average about $10,000 or so.
