@Jeremy Torres I like the economies of scale with multis.

@Sushil Iyer I agree with @Travis Timmons that Temple and Belton are generally better pics with a more diverse economy versus Killeen.

Same deal on communication: extraction driven, exhausting.

As time goes on, I suspect that we'll probably see more deals as delinquencies increase with a worsening economy and we want to be in a position to participate if and when that happens.

Cash out re-fi's are very difficult given the economy and the fact it has been an election year.

Just wondering how you feel about the unique challenges NOLA has relative to economy & climate change (insurance), population decline.  

The first time I was laid off it was traumatic because I my industry and the economy were in the toilet but more importantly, I didn't have enough cash flowing RE, second time.... not nearly as bad, and the third time it was my idea and I haven't lost a minute of sleep about my decision. 

They move there and live/work there.As for the other, mis-match, places, their economies collapse from a lack of workers/support staff.

Generally speaking, you will have better economy of scale with a 4 plex than a 2 plex.

The economy is rapidly growing so we see both cash flow and appreciation potential here.
