I offer my sincerest thanks to those of you who use Bigger Pockets to educate, empower and overall help others who may be new to REI. 

My biggest Real Estate Achievement I am proud of is being able to empower people who never thought they could own a home.

I started going to real estate investing seminars, conferences, and built a team... and the more deals I did the more empowered I became, back in those days was awesome...

I also want a career that empowers me to truly serve my client while allowing me to achieve financial freedom if I work hard.

The net result is that big banks, especially those that were deemed  "Too Big to Fail" were empowered to grow even larger as they were actually given money to devour their former competitors.Chances are that the readers of my post did nothing to stop this terrible development because they believed that they were not being harmed.  

Recently, I started a meet up specifically geared towards empowering people of color to use Real Estate as a vehicle to build generational wealth. 

We are dedicated to creating empowering online and in person communities where WOMEN have a non-intimidating environment to ask questions and receive the support they need.

I know many of you say that a tiger can't change their stripes but i already feel empowered by you all sharing your perspective and mindset on tenant relationships,  and putting things in context. 

And if it's vote harvesting, than as everything goes to hell in a hand basket, they will have more hand-outs for those problems, to harvest yet more votes, and on and on the cycle goes of the ignorant empowering their torturer.  

My gripe is - rewarding bad behavior and further empowering bad actors.
