We want to cut through the noise  and bring more transparency and community to the space. 

If you have any advice or things I should consider I am all ears!

I have seen people time and time again asking for someone to mentor them and it always falls on deaf ears.

Really seems like the smart move is to just hold on and wait to see what happens in early spring next year, but if anyone feels differently, I'm all ears.

It is difficult to maintain, it scratches, it warps, it stains, it needs to be cleaned with cleaners made for wood floors, pets tear it up, it transfers noise, it shows wear patterns, etc. 

One of our properties is on the far south side over my UW-Rock, which is my favorite rental spot because it's full of single family and duplex homes, lots of cul-du-sacs that keep traffic noise down, and near the interstate.

My landlord was also making noises like he wanted to raise the rent; I had already started taking on all the repairs myself just to keep him from doing so, but I knew it wasn't a long-term solution.I lucked out and sold a piece of land with no utilities.

I am all ears. 

This would be my first time investing into real estate hence I do lack landlord experience.Im starting right from scratch, so im all ears. 

Forget that noise.
