Unfortunately I feel like a new roof is going to be pretty standard on the things I'm looking at so it might just have to get done on a regular basis.

Interior is in pretty good shape. 

I have a pretty large emergency fund in place for those properties, but I wonder if that capital could be better employed elsewhere (potentially acquire another property).  

So I would expect a pretty heavy rehab for off-market.  

The odds of that happening in 2025 are pretty slim.
