Airborne, Hooahhh!

Nevada is on the short list for the drone projects.

We have been educating ourselves for the last 6 months and have now met a mentor and are ready to jump in with both feet.I am currently active duty military (MOS of 18E) and am stationed at Fort Carson, CO with 10th Special Forces Group (Airborne).

Brianna, you'll really be in trouble if/when they start drone delivery.  

In other areas, we are starting to see automated cashiers, drone usage, and eventually automated driving.We don't know what tax reform will entail yet as it hasn't it started to develop through Congress yet. 

I know that many say leave it alone and don't disturb it,  it is ok as long as it is not airborne,  but in this house the HVAC system and duct work is in the attic which concerns me.  

My one idea so far would be offering free aerial (drone) footage of their properties if they need it.

Sometimes it is nothing more than mildew but other times a landlord is wrong they could shell out huge bucks in liability for being cheap.There is surface mold and then airborne mold which are two different tests.  

The concern with mold is when it becomes airborne (able to be inhaled by infants/health-compromised individuals, etc).

I declined Brandon's very welcoming invitation a couple of years ago as there were not that many active Canadians on BP at the time and I did not think there would be much interest amongst the home country crowd in listening to me drone on.I'll have to give your episode a listen.
