I’ve received only self-promotions from PMs or people affiliated with PMs.

When and if sponsor's company is discussed hundreds of times on an online forum, and they are obviously out there raising capital and publicly promoting their business, they are not pretending not to notice hundreds of negative discussions on BiggerPockets and failing to engage entirely.

And then everyone can make their own judgement with the information presentedThat's what makes our community here so great, the diversity of experiences and opinions, and allowing anyone free access to see and participate in the discourse and make their own opinions!

In all fairness, I have never participated in their mastermind group, but I have been pitched grossly over priced so called education programs from people that spend more time promoting and exaggerating what they’ve done in the hopes of getting a check from me with 5 zeros.

Most of my funds are in flips though, and small faction in stocks; i prefer some diversity, and cryptocurrency is another option to branch out too.
