So in the future before you get on here and prove yourself to the arrogant know it all that you are displaying yourself to be maybe take a second to realize that you do not have all the information and are making assumptions about me and how I run my business.  

Anyone who has actually been active in this space will know that borrower behavior can be predictable and irrational, and they might have a fundamentally different mode of operating their life than you do.

To help deal with that we try to push responsibility for guests' behavior back onto our tenant.

But, that being said, there are the numbers on paper and then there's the psychological component.... the human behavior component. 

Lane is being accused of bad behavior and of losing investor capital by investors in this thread and others.

Perhaps displaying it in a format like a TD Ameritrade or other investing site.  

For example, dealing with late rent, property damage, or antisocial behavior can take its toll physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Real estate agents and marketers use targeted digital campaigns based on consumer behavior and preferences, often relying on cookies and other tracking technologies.

Their behavior indicates they are not responsible and don't have the finances to afford your rental.

I didn't see any sketchy behavior on their FB pages although I take that with a big grain of salt.
