I strongly disagree with some of these politicians overly-simplified and flat out uninformed statements during the debates that federal lands "aren't being used" and should be used for housing.

I disagree as the attic would make a perfect bedroom, even though it cant officially be called a bedroom, for a kid and I took all the steps to make sure that there would be no water issues in the basement (Dug drainage along house, added "pond liner" and waterproofing tar along exterior of basement walls).

I don't think you need modular, and I disagree with the guy below me.

Many will disagree with me on this, but I have personally originated several loans underwritten with Fannie Mae for conventional financing and accomplished the financing when there are 4 leases for a 4 bedroom SFR.
