At which point, is having a hot tub increasing your listing's SEO THAT much?

Just a one off, I use to have a marketing team and SEO/PPC at my fingertips, but for this property I don't

Seo is not about Google.

MLS, Zillow, Cold Calling/lead generating, Realtors, Mail Marketing, SEO/Online marketing...If you are going direct-to-owner (aka sourcing your own deals), you'll have the most and best options.

Recently someone told me about Preston Seo and how successful he has been using STR arbitrage, but I don't know much about him.
