The cost of PM here is between 20 - 30 % and frankly, while they can drive occupancy, they often have lower rates and less attention to detail (I worked with one when I transitioned a new property that was previously PM managed).

It’s always a good idea to document the conversation too, even if it’s just jotting down the details for your records.If they don’t take the warning seriously, you’ve got options.

@Brett Riemensniderwe don't know all the details, but as i said that's a very expensive way to buy property - if you can't afford a property without overleveraging then you might just have to save up more.
