Crickets! 

As CEO for Nest Egg Assets LLC, I have raised money for over $5M of various real estate finance and development projects in the last 3 years.In my spare time, I am Vice President of the board of Gemini Cricket of Silicon Valley, a non-profit organization, focused on bettering the lives of parents of multiples.

After the crickets stop chirping they freak out.

Also on the application I ask about animals, not pets, and ask the type, breed, age, how long they have had the animal, kept inside, kept outside, free roaming or kenneled or caged and is the animal fed live insects or animals if so, what are they fed (such as fish, crickets, rabbits, rats, mice, worms).  

I usually have to be prepared for when I hit the “launch button” for all of the phone calls, txt’s, and emails, but not this time, it was crickets.

Crickets.... no one responded.

I have yet to see any data to support the claim, that's why I asked OP for his, but its been crickets from him so far...

I know I'm probably speaking to crickets, but has anyone worked out a "deal" with HUD contractors where you can offset some of the rehab costs?

Quite frankly I expect to hear crickets chirping.
