People are visual creatures.

At first it was a group of close friends and that was tons of fun, even though we had 8 people and 5 furry creatures living in a 4/3, all sharing a single tiny kitchen.

We are creatures of habit.

In many cases, they are being given a temporary cost of living allotment from their employer, so they don't care about the exorbitant rent you charge them because someone else is paying for it, but they DO really appreciate that it's already furnished with all the creature comforts that hotels don't have.

The Creature from Jeckyll Island also give some pretty good insight. 

I am considering flipping/rehabbing and I understand and am learning more about that creature.  

@Robert Grant i always read about these alternative ways of securing financing but i always feel like their these mystical creatures and i just don't know how to find them. that's a high rate in my opinion but not without an upside. could you possibly point me in a better direction then Wells Fargo ?

Denied due to a crazy biologist being present who introduced the lizard story; he even admitted he had not seen the creature there but it might be there never the less!
