Anybody ever use cozy.co rent analysis? I've used rentometer and conducted my own personal research into a neighborhood and it was off. Wanted to give cozy.co a try but it's 19.99 for the report so wanted input.

Even though I use Cozy for rent collection, I am so 1990s on applications. 

The vast majority of the crime that you are referring to is confined to 2 apartment complexes on the corners of 38th and Post and 42nd Post which gives the entire area the reputation that it has.

@Theodore Arzt I would connect with @Katie Stewart for the resources she has info on, I use Cozy for all of my candidates, You can have them do it all in one location.

@Darius TracyPlan Administrator of the TSP has list of investment options available for that plan, and it is always confined to the stock market, they would not allow alternative investment options such as real estate.

an alternative to cozy is Zelle.  

Cozy bought by Co-Starof course they say no change, but hopefully they’ll continue to improve.
