Maybe it was the fact they were all relatively younger tenants, however I'd think someone responsible to fly a multi million dollar aircraft loaded with enough fuel to fly around the world or to maintain the craft would  have had more integrity.  

but I do have to say there are a few who can watch a video and fly a plane.. think of the barefoot bandit.. up here in the northwest.he broke into Cirrus aircraft ( of which I own one) and flew them.. and he took one from here NW all the way to florida I think.. and kind of crash landed in a swamp.. but he also took some I think from Friday Harbor ( one of my favorite 500 dollar hamburger runs).how the kid did not kill himself I will never know..

I would look at your contact with PMC and see what you can do to break the contra t.

Sounds like a great idea.I see Oakland, CA and San Francisco -   but could you add East Contra Costa County, or something close to there?

However if someone offered me a flipping show I would do it in a heartbeat then I would do the guru thing in a heartbeat as well.. that way I could afford to upgrade my personal aircraft as I have wanted to...

The aircraft turned out great (At least so far :).What matters is that you can effectively find and manage a team that will bring you the desired results.

@Prag Patel  it tic's ( Charleston) because of physical constraints ( surrounded by water) Boeing moving in and building the 787 and they just doubled production and will be building additional facilities and that aircraft is the aircraft of the future.. ( best gas mileage and 4k ft pressurization ) Mercedes Benz bringing the sprinter van production to the area, Volvo just announcing a new plant to be built..
