I locked in the early bird price of $3,536, which includes the hotel and conference tickets for two people. 

They feel they have 0 opportunity but at the conferences and REA meeting I go to I meet young people with a different attitude that appear to be on a great path to success.

Not sure if they still have this option but at a conference in April furnished finder was offering a free professional photo shoot with sign up.  

I go to various conferences where I meet young people who hustle, are smart enough, who educate and who are optimistic in their future finances.

I would start with some local meetups, and/or some of the conferences that happen each year.Meetups: head to meetup.com and search "real estate investing" for your market.

Then there are the weekly networking events, conference calls, webinars, etc.
