So many things hiding behind walls that don't get noticed until the walls come down.On my first house within 6 months of owning it I had to replace the Air conditioner and furnace.

I hear tenants destroy air conditioners down south and destroy heaters up north.

When they moved out, they took window air conditioners that they paid for, but I cut them a break on rent for them to buy.

Actually I don't usually have to buy shampoo/conditioner/soap as people leave them behind all the time and they never want me to mail them back to Utah or California so they end up in my bathroom. :) Some nice stuff too!
