“Compassion” doesn’t mean “free rent”.

I guess it’s his moral compass that tells him that it’s vulture like.

Boy sometimes the level of compassion is just a astonishing. 

I agree with @Theresa Harris A little patience and compassion is in order as we all go through these challenges.

Kindness and compassion go a long way in these times.

There are other ways to show accommodation, nay compassion at this time. 

HI Angela, it's wonderful that you work with the homeless especially having been homeless yourself to provide the empathy, compassion and support.

So expenses keep mounting...It is also nice that this landlord's compassion is appreciated for what it is and it doesn't require some broad "cancel rent" move to have others take note.
