Are you coming in more like $42,700 NOI on the comparison ‘vanilla’ multi-family property?

One can have the same resources I guess like management softwared handy man etc.. but Effort.. no comparison..

I would avoid Holly Hill, Daytona's ghetto, like the plague because the oldest profession seems to be a major profession there if you know what I mean.The Daytona area is a bit or of my way, and my brother-in-law had frequently complained about finding a nice property that turns out to be in Holly Hill.Nearby Ormond Beach and Port Orange seem like nice communities in comparison.

Cash value life insurance can serve a purpose but it is not an apples to apples comparison and if you are going to have to make a choice based on your fact pattern you would go with the retirement plan.  

I’ll definitely check out Zillow and Rentometer for a rental comparison.

As I've been reviewing these, I've kept an airtable list of the various features for quick comparison.

I think the extra bathroom looks bland in comparison to the other bathroom.

Renting will be cheaper in the short-term, but long-term there is no comparison.

I’m leaning towards RLS but need more comparisons in order to complete my due diligence.
