Before you know it, you’ll be smiling on the sidelines when the stock market roller coaster takes its next dive, and everyone will be wondering why your so calm, cool, and collected.

We have been nervously waiting while we watch the interest rates go on a roller coaster ride, and now they have sent us an email stating that construction prices have increased dramatically, probably due to hurricane Ian and other supply chain issues, but they haven't received any specific cost increases from the builder yet so we have no idea what it will be.  

It is certainly a roller coaster ride, but your big hitters keep you coming back for more.

Even today I operate in what I call a hybrid mode, renting long-term to retired winter visitors and then using a 3-day minimum for other seasons.As you can imagine, the STR industry, as part of the hospitality industry, has been on a roller coaster since the pandemic arrived.

It is a bit of a roller coaster ride at time, but I love the ride!!!

I was floored at the time...I'm an east coaster, so basically observing HI, but was out there in July and was amazed at what prices were with so much undeveloped land.  

However, I get the feeling that you are going to be in over your head and will not be able to anticipate well enough or adequately plan for the roller coaster ride you're about to climb into.
