I'd love to find an independent PM/CM to work with and I've even debated putting a PM on staff to streamline things.

So it's looking like CM's having a hard time shedding blame with his signature on the contracts and his face in the videos promising turnkey investments that ended up being vacant economically obsolete or literally burned down houses.

@Brittney Johnson 100% agree with the west CM being very under-priced for an almost-coastal city. $350 per sqft for a SFR , 2 miles off the beach is quite rare in SoCal (exceptions are San Pedro and Oxnard, and CM is really not that bad).

So, yes, IMO, CM is an idiot and unprepaired at the task of governing, most are by themselves.

Emma CM,I highly recommend the scenario you mentioned; however, you might want to draw up a contract with her selling you the house over that course of time for what was paid for it.
