I know when it comes to many cities there are long permit processes and also there are specific air laws that go into each city.I would love to hear a story that goes over an experience pertaining to developing/rehabbing a property in the DC area.

It comes with the proper licenses and permits from the city, so it’s fully ready to go.I’m looking for a person or business with the financial means to sign a lease and begin operating a dental practice here.

I do not worry much about "hurried or sloppy work" because it is also in my contract that all work must pass inspection, which may include the city / county (for permitted projects), lender and myself.

Also had to replace fuse panels to make it work - going back and forth with the city was dificult.
