I know that Simplisafe is a sponsor at BP but I have heard more people talking about Ring for their property's security.I want something with a cellular connection because I don't have wifi at my projects.

There are ones now that are cheap, wireless, portable, and work over a cellular network to notify you/police.

If the person sold off the cellular tower rights, than there is no value to that easement.

So i am in a situation where i would like to have security system in my house. 90% of the systems require wifi to work properly but Simplisafe works on cellular, but at times it is finicky.
