Infrastructure Trend: The one consistent improvement I see everytime I visit (and I do mean everytime) is that there is always a casino being built/remodeled (I imagine that this is a perpetual event)---this isn't infrastructure in my opinion.

My boss who is direct to one of our major investors is in need of a Las Vegas Casino that he can purchase for 65%LTV or lower.

People are also watching for the late 2008 opening of an $879 million Sands slots casino project on the Bethlehem Steel brownfields...some eager, some not so.

Before making such a bet it would be best to look at other options.A casino is set up so the odds favor the house.
