Now lenders will issue rate and LTV based on your FICO, loan amount and location of the property and DSCR. 

It sounds like this issuer is using one of the Reg A exemptions.  

Oh and a kicker, every single window in house and garage has some type of cardboard or plastic blocking the window..it looks ridiculous but they obviously want to hide something.. 

No carpet, hardwood (unless it's already there) or cardboard/laminate.Don't rent to smokers. 

If the issuer knows your salary and sees the activity they will raise the limit after just a couple of months.

Just make sure when you obtain the card that the issuer will not report back to your credit.
