Owning three rentals and completing a BRRRR is an impressive start.

Definitely do more research on the BRRRR method as that sounds like what you're trying to do.

But I'm having trouble finding any properties that I could rent, BRRRR, or flip where I would even break even—let alone clear a profit or cash flow.My question is: When you hear that I'm essentially doing 100% financing, does that make it clear to anyone what strategy would be best?

I am still very new to real estate investing so just trying to learn on overview of them, however so far BRRRR sounds appealing.

There are many strategies, BRRRR, subto, seller finance, fix and flip, live and flip, and land splitting are just a few off the top of my head.
