and for sure I would think BP charges sponsors to advertise on the forum just like they charge to advertise on this forumthey are having some sort of event and the guest I saw were Brian Burke ( top shelf ) and Jeremy Roll ( another wickedly smart dude)  compared to the guru trainers who I really dont know much are anything about so cant comment on them.

When I say i've never had this issue, I mean- Even in the D class neighborhoods i've owned properties in, i've never dealt with vacant apartments for this amount of time.If you're comparing the 40 unit building next door to mine with security, it's sort of like comparing apples to oranges.

You might also meet title agents who have resources on, say, foreclosures or probates…and might recommend lenders who actually lend on more difficult projects (as the title companies also know which lenders can close and which are difficult).I also go visit open houses to see what sorts of finish to put on my renovations or to look for the next house or area in which to purchase.

I would also suggest letting them know what the requirements are prior to the showing, and possibly even allowing them to sort of fill out a questionnaire and making it known that failing to meet one or more of the requirements could result in denial of a tour however, everyone is encouraged to apply.Quote from @Emily Mohr: Thank you @Charles J Sabo, @Caria Mitchell, and @Matthew Becker!

I can only think that this grows as we move into the typical buy/sell season.I assume that your buyer funnel is full, and a lot of people have the want to buy with a constraint or two (rate mostly) of some sorts and you're working with them to execute their purchase at the right time while working around their constraint.
