House 1 is with Bank of America and I applied for mortgages with about 5 different banks before I proceeded with accepting BoA.

If you go with BOA don't let them tell you you qualify for a papersaver loan because the computer tells them whether or not you will qualify.

BOA sent an appraiser through First American to my rehab.

I've bought a short sale before and BOA loaned on it. 

Just stay away from anything too big like BOA, Wells Fargo, etc.

I don't waste time calling Citibank, Chase, BOA, Wells Fargo, US Bank or the rest of the largest institutions.  

I talked to BOA recently, they are limited to 4.

My eviction attorney told me yesterday that BoA foreclosures can be tricky as the homeowner can claim the foreclosure was not done properly, thus tying it up in court for a while.Has anyone had experience with this?

Do not rely on this as anything official, but if BoA shows up as the owner on this, the property was foreclosed on sometime in the past.
