I've been caught in my PJs, chasing my kids around in the front yard, drinking with a neighbor, etc.  

I felt like I was constantly chasing her down for updates, which added a ton of unnecessary stress to the whole project.The design itself was incredibly disappointing.

About 15 years ago, Chase provided such a service, though I am unsure if they still offer it today.

It kills 2 birds with 1 stone in the sense that it offers me evidence that the property is cleaned and everything is in place before guests arrive and watching video after guest departs helps me make sure everything is there, and nothing is missing / damaged from last group.

Not exactly sure about the legal details, but initial overview of the system seems to suggest this kills quite a few birds with one stone.  

As LTR was getting harder 2018-2020 STR became the new thing everyone started chasing.
