And my new MTR tenant demanded the beds get maid and there was no hangers in the closest.. my last tenants must have stolen them.. then they wanted stuff moved from the garage which I told them thats enough I will give you your deposit back and you can go find another fully furnished home in Vegas I am not doing anything else.. they backed down but I know they are going to be whinny this after the last 6 or 7 tenants never heard a peep.. properties needed just light cleaning at turnover  etc.. so some good with some bad it happens.

The unit consists of two beds, one office and one bathroom.

When it comes to AirBnB I have found its location, number of beds then amenities like kitchens and outdoor spaces that attract quality guests and demand higher prices.

How many beds/baths?

It is a side by side duplex, both two bed two bath units.

In 2022 I purchased a 3-bed/2-bath condo outside San Diego for $535,000 with intentions to buy and hold.

Just get a second set of sheets for each property so the turnover isn't pending the same sheets going back on the beds.
