We really enjoyed a long back packing trip all through out C.

For a long time, this was just a far fetched dream that sprung up from backpacking around the world.

This is a decrease from my initial goal as I have decided to hold out for more profitable deals this year. 2) Build 1 new construction project. 3) Acquire 4 rental units that cash flow a minimum of $300/unit4) Mentor 1 new investor and help them complete their first profitable deal5) Acquire 2 new private money lenders for a total of $200k in investor funds6) Have my company featured in the local news7) Be interviewed 3 times and build my reputation as an expert in my real estate niche.8) Streamline and automate 30% of my daily business operations9) Be in the position for my company to donate $10,000 to a charity/organization 10) Stop simply talking about it and finally take my girl backpacking in Asian and EuropeSimple, measurable, attainable, reviewable, and time bound goals.

Mastermind will focus on all areas of life:- Finances (1M+ net worth self made, similar to GoBundance)- Business/Career- Marriage & Family- Physical Health & Fitness- Faith (does not have to be Christian, but some type of faith that grounds you)- Fun/Recreation/Adventure- Contribution/philanthropyProposed structure (TBD based on group discussion/confirmation):- weekly 30-60 min video chat: round the horn updates on goals, projects, AIs, etc; Q&A- quarterly 1-2 hour session focused on quarterly goal creation/sharing (12 week year style of goals)- annually attend a conference together: BPCon, FinCon, Tony Robbins, etc (aim for 1 per year, see how that goes)- accountability group, idea brainstorming team, friendship, camaraderie, personal growth- if the group vibes, consider an annual social adventure trip (vacation, backpacking, rafting, surfing, etc; with or without family TBD)Rules:- no bull, commitment, follow through, go getters, make it happen, be there for each other- leverage your strengths to build others in the group up, place that you go to give (not just receive)- transparency, authenticity: full financial picture, challenges, strengths, weaknesses, family life, faith life, health- can come from anywhere in the US, as long as you can relatively consistently do a video call at a decent time of dayIf by surprise a lot of people respond, I'm glad to be matchmaker for additional mastermind groups as well (men, women, mixed, at varying levels, etc). 

Go on vacation, leave your electronics, go backpacking or something else remote.

In college I actually paid two hundred bucks for a leather backpack.

So imagine you catch pseudo-communist millennials in fatigues and backpacks moving there stuff into your office and you call the police...sorry, nothing they can do for you, you have spend months and thousands of dollars to get them out.  

But when it is a difference of 60-100 points I have to wonder.Here is why I was so worriedMe and girlfriend spent 5 months backpacking the PCT, we finish and want to buy a house instead of rent.I have over $100,000 in liquid, No Debt, 700+ credit rating but I had to quit my job.Girlfriend has No money, $5000 of school debt, 550 credit score, but an awesome job.We call 2 different Loan officers at 2 at 2 different banks and they tell us they can not loan to us.  

But we’ve found frugal things that just work in our lives, we love hiking, so when we travel we skip the tourist traps and just go for a nice hike.We also are into travel hacking, so this summer alone we’ve already been to Florida, California, Alaska as a family, and we’ll be traveling by myself on a backpacking trip with some buds in yosemite in two weeks.
