Your attitude towards your guests will be always most hospitable.

And if sellers take that attitude they better pick a good listing agent other wise they are going to be whinning big time thier prop is not selling and they are getting low balled.. 

For too long many GPs and LPs had too cavalier of an attitude for the risks, and too many GPs made poor risk mitigation decisions and the LPs didn’t know any better.

We’ve lost trust, especially with the uncooperative attitude of the listing agent.
