I recently purchased my home in October 2023 (before starting my real estate investing journey), so I don’t yet have access to any substantial equity.

Is there a way to passively track mortgage rates on 5+ residential apartment buildings?   

When you have a new area that still has easy access to an established city, it can flourish. 

Line of Credits (like HELOCS) allows access to a set amount of money up to a pre-determined limit and it is revolving.

For new builds and some rehabs they are vented but in some conversions or apartment remodels I will opt for the ventless units.

The details of the incident remain unclear, but they intentionally granted access to someone who subsequently stole major appliances.

Or what are other ways I can access this equity to purchase?  

I’ve been in this unit for almost a year now and I’m thinking about moving out and renting an apartment for $1000 a month all utilities included.
