Look I was a "troubled youth" and I unfortunately tacked on 5 ADULT f5 felonies and nearly 5 years of lock up time by the age of 17!

We have had people try to move into a one bedroom with two adults and a baby.  

Not a solution, but going forward...Have all adult tenant prospects fill out applications which require their social security number, driver's license number, their birth date, their current address and their prior address.

This is because, as adults, we ALL have *some* familiarity with cars and money and we know how the business world works!

Usually teens/adults just enjoying!
