I loved the Spanish Revival style and the neighborhood I adore.

However it has been wonderful and I adore their family and am so Thankful that I have been able to stay in this same area to keep my family in the same school district since the beginning for each of them!

Otherwise, 90% of their users will just click the big blue buttons and trigger an email to you, not actually read your ad or any instructions within.

I wish I had know about house hacking before I purchased a home (although I adore our little place). 

if the management company is performing to your satisfaction they are worth every nickel they make. typically a crappy business but should be profitable as the daily tenant/owner whining if they manage a large portfolio is brain damage. add that to finding, keeping and managing good employees/contractors and maintenance people, maintaining multiple escrow accounts, getting audited occasionally etc... they certainly arent doing it for the sheer pleasure and adoration lol.the most important issue with property management is ARE YOUR UNITS PERFORMING as they should be?

I have a friend (paralegal, educated, owns a horse farm actually), who was playing with her other friend's (paralegal, college educated, adored the dog) pitbull in a A-/B+ apartment complex.   

It was too adorable, I couldn't resist (and all went well with their stay).
