We created the Academy as a way to help those that are "on the fence" about when or where to purchase investment real estate as well as to help those that wanted to learn more about investment real estate prior to investing.

This should have been discovered during due diligence prior to buying the property.

I have one listing that I'm able to make updates to, I just decided not to given the prior attempts.  

However, the injunction only pertains to property owners who were doing 30 day rentals prior to the gov't trying to change the minimum to 90 days.

@Ray Hage thank you for your example, and can say I've done the same thing for as long as utilities are setup prior to move in, security deposit is paid, and first month's rent in full is paid.

You can look at an elevation map or ask for a previous survey on a property prior to purchase. 

Just that now I’m responsible for 3% that prior to the lawsuit I wouldn’t have been required to pay.
