Smoking is an addiction.

I don’t want to make this mistake again although I also hope there will be no more heroin addict ex-boyfriend‘s in the picture ever again (I inherited her in the building, I already do background checks on everyone new and I will for everyone I inherit from now on).

Recently I turned 23 years old and have been addicted to podcasts teaching me about life, business, and finance.

Rent is still due March 1st, in full, and they are free to stay or go.If the junky is a high functioning drug addict and he wants to stay, assuming he can pay the rent on his own, and you trust he will pay, then why not keep him on his own till the end of the lease.
