We have developed our own metric to evaluate our ability to collect fair market rents as well as vacancies; we call it “Potential Rent Achieved” or PRA and we review it every month. 

There is no smoking or vaping of anything on the Apartment Complex property.

One tenant has stopped smoking outside and switched to vaping inside which of course caused a complaint by the other tenant.  

I stated in the lease: no candles, no smoking/vaping of any product inside the property, immediately mop up any spills or standing water, no non-operating vehicles, items they can store in the garage (bicycle is okay), no illegal drug use (I have to state the obvious) and "if any part of this lease is deemed invalid, it does not invalidate the other parts of the lease." 

I don't allow smoking or vaping.

@Yi ZhaoI would’ve knocked on the door and given them a vaporizer for their ganja so at least they can make the smoke odorless lol and after they praise what a wonderful landlord you are (with red eyes) tell them they can either Vape their weed in their apt. with that or walk outside if they need to smoke “flower” but they can’t do what they are currently doing.

While I fully agree with not permitting smoking I don't understand why vaping products were included in this section.

Unless you have a Grant or scholarship, as an 18 year coming out of highschool you fall pra\ey to debt collectors right out of college because again we are not taught about this in highschool to better prepare our students we need to educate them.
